Absolutely! All of my classes, reformer and mat Pilates are suitable for beginners and I love to be able to be able to introduce people to Pilates.

I recommend you practise Pilates at least once per week to be able to be able to progress and notice improvements. I understand attending in person every week may not be possible, which is why I created my online classes so you can move with me anytime, anywhere!
